Uptown Blanco Restaurant

We live at Canyon Lake and have always ventured over to Blanco to try some of the restaurants there. Oso's was always a favorite as well as the cafe on the corner across from the Court House. Great quiche there.

But when my husband entered the first art show there at the new Uptown Blanco shops and we discovered the new restaurant there, we were greatly impressed with the decor, the atmosphere and the food was well just excellent.

Hope it stays there for a long time and that the whole new complex being built is successful. Blanco needs this, to bring folks back to the town. It's such a great little town.

A really nice motel/hotel would bring in more travelers as well, since Blanco is so centrally located between heavily visted areas, such as Fredricksburg, San Antonio and other towns.

We've already brought friends to the new restaurant and told many more about the great food there.

Keep up the good work Blanco!
