The Blanco Lavender Festival

The Lavender Capital of Texas

Lavender farmer shares his expertise

The Fourth Annual Blanco Lavender Festival is scheduled to be held in and around Blanco, Texas the second weekend of June 2008 (June 14 - 15, 2008).

The Lavender Festival will be even bigger and better than ever this year, featuring the Lavender Market and Speakers Pavilion on the Blanco Square, and the Lavender Farm Tours in the surrounding area.

I can't tell you how many enthusiastic comments I have heard from visitors - locals, too. Everyone seems to have had a really great time at past festivals.

Don't forget to visit the GoTexas! Wine tent. Local Texas wines and our own Blanco Real Ale will be featured. You can buy a taste, a glass, or a bottle to take home with you.
